The Wrist Twist is designed to train forearm endurance and strength. Simply attach a weight to the end of the rope, grab either side of the roller and twist your wrists one at a time, raising the weight by wrapping it around the middle of the roller. Rotate one direction until the weight reaches the top. Slowly lower the weight under control by twisting your wrists in the opposite direction and then continue in that direction until the weight reaches the top again.
