How do you test your products?

All of our products are designed and engineered with 3 things in mind. Strength, comfort and functionality. After initial design we manufacture a limited number of prototypes, and ensure the design meets all criteria. This includes running the product through our destructive test bench, which measures the load the product can handle before failure. We then make any necessary changes to the design and repeat the testing process.
What material do you make your products out of?

All of our products are made out of PETG, from a market leading material supplier.
Most competitors make their products from PLA. PLA is easier to print and make products with, however, it is inherently weaker than PETG.
PETG is tougher and is more impact resistant, and It handles heat, UV and moisture better then PLA.
PETG has better layer adhesion and is suitable for structural, functional outdoor parts.
PLA is suited for prototypes, decorative models and low-stress indoor parts.
