Returns
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Under Australian Consumer Law, the goods we sell to you must be of acceptable quality within the meaning of Australian Consumer Law. If the goods are not acceptable then you have the right to seek the remedies provided under Australian Consumer Law (https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees).
Returned items may be inspected to confirm the issue before a refund, replacement or repair is processed. If a refund is required, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order. We will also cover the cost of return shipping if the return is due to an error on our part or if the item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
Sale items and special orders cannot be returned for change of mind, but they may be returned if they do not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
